Triangle Brain Injury Support Group

Leslie Johnson is a full-time Vocational Evaluator at Community Workforce Solutions and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. For the past year she has volunteered her time as Co-Leader of the Cary Brain Injury Support Group. This support group and all other Brain Injury Support Groups in North Carolina are supported by the Brain Injury Association of North Carolina (BIANC).

The Cary Brain Injury Support Group provides an opportunity for survivors and family members to meet in order to get support, as well as gain information about brain injuries and available resources. In an effort to keep people informed and to encourage attendance at the support group, the Cranium Chronicles newsletter was developed and is scheduled to be published on a quarterly basis.

The Cary Brain Injury Support Group meets the first Monday, of every month, from 6:30pm until 8:00pm at Wake Med Cary Hospital. Please contact Leslie Johnson at (919) 231-3325 for more information.
