Community Workforce Solutions, Inc. holds 1st Annual Kroger Graduation Ceremony
Community Workforce Solutions, Inc. held the first graduation ceremony for 10 individuals who successfully completed a Community Based Training Program located at Kroger in Raleigh. All 10 individuals were trained on-site at Kroger and hired by Kroger stores throughout the Raleigh area.
The Kroger Community Based Training Program offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity to learn specific job skills related to their interests while providing Kroger with employees who are trained and ready for hire. The partnership between Community Workforce Solutions, Inc. and Kroger began in 2007 and continues to be an innovative solution to provide vocational support to individuals with disabilities.
